Pass Port Application procedure

Before applying for an Indian Passport a government employee should  obtain NOC from the Appointing authority.For this they should furnish three sets of applications which is attached herewith .They should also produce three attested copies of election ID  card and ration card.A verification certificate in original with two attested copies to  prove the residential status and identity obtained from the Panchayat President,Chairman,Mayor or MLA  has to be produced.Two passport size photo should be given  additionally.
